They were professional, on time, and very thorough—making sure everything was cleared out and working properly before they left. These Christmas lights are beautiful! The cables are not visible from the roof or the trees, or through the yard everything is tucked in and hidden - I love this so much, no tripping on the patio!! The windows are so clean it's hard to determine if they are open or closed. The crew came right on time and worked tirelessly. They were courteous and professional. He also washed our windows and remove mud dauber nests from the exterior of our house including getting on a ladder and using a wire brush to get the nest from under the eaves. I contacted them last week to inquire about their early bird special after seeing their ad on FB and five days later the lights are up, ready to rock for the holidays, and look great. The crew was kind, professional, efficient, and I have contact information if anything needs maintenance over the season. I also got to fully customize what I wanted and light pattern as well.
